Dallas-based developer Stillwater Capital is building 51 single-family homes ranging from 1,950 to 2,150 square feet in The Bluffs. All homes are styled in a board-and-batten farmhouse design and feature three bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms. There are six unique exteriors and interiors from which to choose.
Unlike many new-construction products found these days, the homes in The Bluffs at River East lack for no upgrades when it comes to the finishes. High-end engineered wood flooring adorns the open floor plans along with gas ranges, gas burning fireplaces, designer lighting and plumbing fixtures, stainless appliances (including a refrigerator), a tankless water heater, contemporary tile, slow close cabinets to the ceiling, and quartz counters are standard features in all dwellings.
There is an HOA monthly fee of $170 which covers all yard maintenance (front, sides, rear) as well as a community garden and green spaces.
Homes under construction are starting at the amazing price of $375,000 and $395,000. Those homes will be ready for move-in within weeks.
Grand Opening: Feb. 28 from 2 to 6 p.m.
A grand open event will be held at The Bluffs at River East on February 28th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. All guests are welcome to attend this fete!
