Town of Fairview Feels Like Country Right Near the City

Fairview

It’s almost an unfair advantage to photograph a home with this gorgeous a sunset overhead.

The Town of Fairview is an actual town, so don’t call this gorgeous 9-square-mile bedroom community a city, please. For this week’s Suburb Sunday, here are three homes for sale in Fairview at top-, middle-, and low-price points, but all are breathtaking in this town that’s marked by large homes on sprawling lots and numerous horse farms.

Fairview is located east of US 75/Central Expressway, just north of Allen. About 10,000 people call Fairview home, where they enjoy excellent Lovejoy ISD schools, and the Village at Fairview shopping area.

An interesting fact: There are no apartments or commercial developments in Fairview, plus the town enforces a “dark skies policy” that all new development complies with to protect their way of life and “keeping it country.”

Just to correct your article, there are apartments in Fairview. In fact there are 3 apartment communities.
