Mesero Opening New Location at Preston Hollow Village

Preston Hollow Village, the thriving young mixed-use development at 75/Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane in North Dallas is adding another restaurant to its fabulous food line-up: Mesero.

A Dallas favorite for upscale Mexican fare, Mesero will open its newest restaurant at 7859 Walnut Hill Lane in first quarter 2019.

Mesero joins Matchbox, Blue Sushi Saki Grill, Modern Market, Pak Pao Thai, Blatt Beer & Table and Cinco Taco. I have been to every one of those establishments and they all rock.

“Mesero is a great addition to Preston Hollow Village” said Leon Backes, CEO at Provident Realty Advisors. “Preston Hollow Village has become a destination for quality dining in Preston Hollow and the North Dallas area.”

The location is super convenient, and there is always parking — unlike Preston Center, sorry.

“We’re thrilled to call Preston Hollow Village our newest home. We’re driven to create an unbeatable guest experience across all of our locations, and PHV is the perfect place to continue our mission.” added Trey Dyer, Mesero Restaurant Group President and CEO.

Mesero currently has several locations in the D/FW Metroplex including its charter Dallas Inwood Village shop, another at Prestonwood, Legacy West in Plano and Clearfork in Fort Worth. Mesero is also opening at Victory Park later this month.

If you have never eaten at Mesero, get ready for a treat. The home-made tortilla chips and signature sauces are memorable, and the restaurant will make a regular out of you after one meal. Mesero is beyond Tex Mex, but lives up to its promise of Mexican Spirit American Life. One taste of the iconic Queso Mesero and brisket tacos and you’ll be hooked. The shrimp-loaded ceviche is truly crave worthy (and you will crave it). Be sure not to skip the amazing drink list, either! Just writing about it makes me WANT it!

Provident Realty is partnering with The Kroenke Group on Preston Hollow Village, which is quickly expanding and thriving. Preston Hollow Village is an urban destination mixed-use center bursting with energy and fabulous housing options, too. Designed to be a pedestrian friendly promenade, plazas are built to accommodate concerts, art shows, and farmer’s markets, with a gorgeous future three-acre park with a one mile walking / jogging trail in the near future. The park will outline the center’s entire perimeter as an unrivaled amenity. The park is expected to open first quarter of 2019.

Preston Hollow Village has turned the formerly fallow northeast intersection of Walnut Hill Lane and Central Expressway/75 into one of the biggest development success stories in Texas, done completely without tax breaks or economic incentive dollars. Preston Hollow Village is an example of what quality, thoughtful planning and attracting a strong core group of interesting tenants can do to influence a successful real estate story.

Great place… glad to see they’re coming. They have a great patio at their location in Legacy West.

PHV is NW corner of 75/Walnut Hill. The Hill is on the NE corner. Just to clarify so there’s no confusion! Great addition, regardless.

Duh! Thank you, I’m so dyslexic. It is the Northwest corner!
