Four Don’t-miss Dallas Open Houses this Weekend

Every Thursday, we pick fabulous open houses in Dallas (and the ‘burbs from time to time) you shouldn’t miss. This week, our houses range in price from $340,000 to $1.95 million. 



Open house: Sunday, Sept. 2, 1-3 p.m.

This property is priced below market value so new owners can put their own touch on it, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living areas, two dining areas, and 3,855 square feet on two stories, built in 1985.

This home has great bones and a versatile floor plan, allowing for multiple living options to fit a new owner’s lifestyle. The dramatic entryway is double height with a curved staircase and the great room features wonderful windows with direct views to the courtyard pool, as well as high ceilings and a fireplace.     Sometimes NEW doesn’t always equal “high price”… That modern one is a $300,000 with small rooms and a small lot…. marked up strictly because it’s new. If you look closely – small bedrooms, horrible layout & small backyard.
