Timber Creek Ranch in Winnsborogh SOLD at Last Week’s Auction

Share News:

You may recall our coverage of Timber Creek Ranch the last few weeks, as we led up to the March 8th sale of one of the most gorgeous ranches you will find in Texas.

We even had to cancel not one, but two Staff Party events out there because the spring rain would. not. stop.

Well, lots of you have asked — did the ranch sell at the auction?

Yes, it sold!

“In cooperation with Kyle Crews of Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Concierge Auctions is pleased to announce that the 428-acre Timber Creek Ranch near Winnsboro, Texas is now under contract. With just five weeks of exposure, the auction marketing campaign for both the ranch and lakefront parcels generated more than 1,000 prospects, 21 open house groups, 19 showings, seven registered bidders and one lucky winner.”

That’s the official statement from Concierge, who will not yet tell us who the buyer is. I do know he comes from OUTSIDE the state, so not a Texan. Stay tuned, because we will find out!

I know we say this all the time, but Timber Creek truly is one of the finest ranches in Texas. And one of the few with full lake access.

“Timber Creek Ranch ranks among the finest working and recreational ranches in Texas, and its lake frontage is especially unique,” says Kyle Crews, Executive Vice President of Allie Beth Allman & Associates.

Kyle is one of the most seasoned real estate agents in Texas. He has sold multi-million dollar properties from the Valley to Oklahoma, and sold out several luxury condominium projects, the most recent being The Residences at the Ritz Carlton. He is currently marketing The Stoneleigh Residences on Maple Avenue. Kyle also helped sell the most expensive home in Dallas, The Crespi Estate, this past December.

Now, Kyle can put his feet up for about 24 hours. When Kyle draws our attention to a glorious property, an opportunity that is too good to miss, it’s like that old E.F. Hutton commercial — when Kyle talks, we listen.

“The sellers of this $12 million-plus ranch are now ready to move onto the next phase of their lives, though they have loved literally every second living here,” says Kyle, who actually sold them the ranch almost three years ago.

“They have entertained here and enjoyed family and friends,” he says. “We helped them buy the ranch from a large pool of bidders. Now, I’m pleased to have SOLD it from another large pool. The lifestyle legacy of Timber Creek Ranch will carry on.”
