Zamco Properties LLC unveiled plans last week to develop The Worth, a 24-story luxury condominium tower in downtown Fort Worth. According to a spokesperson for Zamco Properties, The Worth will offer high-rise living with stunning views of Fort Worth for miles and miles.

Noted Dallas architectural firm GDA Architects is currently creating the schematic of the building.  While not yet completed, the desire is to combine classic with contemporary to give the tower a unique look-and-feel. It will join other downtown Fort Worth luxury high-rise buildings such as The Tower Condos and the Omni Residences.

When completed, The Worth will feature 115 condominiums with balconies, premium appliances, gas cooktops, and designer finishes. The tower will be located on a full city block facing North Henderson Street and is bounded by West Bluff Street, Mills Street, and West Peach Street, just minutes from downtown.

A new 24-story condominium will take an entire city block and will face N. Henderson between W. Peach St. , Mills St. and W. Bluff St.

Final pricing, homeowner’s association fees, and completion date were not provided, but the sales and marketing firm of Al Coker & Associates plan to have a completed sales office with detailed renderings and samples near the site in the first half of 2018.
