Susan Baldwin considers her job as a Realtor to be “a problem solver.” This year will mark her anniversary in real estate that eclipses Susan’s 15-year run as commercial real estate attorney and ll of that training and experience make her a dogged negotiator.

And if that wasn’t enough, her accounting background has made her a whiz with numbers.

Since 2002 when Susan Baldwin joined Briggs Freeman and partnered with Ginger Nobles, she’s added miracle worker to her portfolio.

For instance, recently she represented a buyer who wanted to remain “under the radar” while purchasing a multi-million-dollar property. She found a $4 million home for the client before it went on MLS. She got it for him and he was happy because “he didn’t want people talking about him.”

A month later, the client was unexpectedly transferred and she had to sell it, and fast. Again, privacy was a primary goal … for her client and the client of a friendly colleague as well.  Within weeks, the deal was done without the property ever actually going on the market. “I literally called two agents and one of them had a client who wanted to buy it,” says Baldwin, noting the value of nurturing and maintaining good relationships within the real estate community.

Although she negotiates, crunches numbers, and make things happen, above all, Susan Baldwin “tries to reduce the stress in a stressful situation.” Think of her as a client whisperer.

Susan Baldwin and her associates specialize in the Park Cities, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Southlake, Frisco, Plano, and the northern suburbs — working deals from $200,000 to $20 million.

With unique backgrounds, Baldwin and her partner Ginger Nobles bring more than 60 years combined experience as top producers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, boasting a skill set that breaks records and leaves clients happy.

Now that’s worth envying!

Susan is an excellent agent and a pleasure to work with on complicated transactions. She brought us a wonderful buyer for a Regency Row custom home at Tower Residences Ritz-Carlton. Susan and Ginger are not only committed to their clients but also treat agents on the other side of their transactions with respect and in the sprit of cooperation and fairness. Thanks Dotty for this great post.
