The building was constructed in 2000 and this unit has a total designer feel with rich hardwood floors, four balconies, and large open living and dining spaces. The chef’s kitchen offers granite counters, lots of cabinets with a “greige” patina, and SubZero & Thermador appliances. The super luxe master features dual white marble baths, and the building amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, 24-hour security, valet, concierge, and three guest suites (all covered by the monthly HOA dues of $1,223).

The 1965 cottage at 11730 Farrar St. in East Dallas’ Lochwood neighborhood is so cute! Look at that curb appeal! This is a 3-2 with 1,422 square feet, hardwoods, brick fireplace, vintage bathrooms, and a great location near Easton and Garland roads.

It was listed March by Cindy Johnson with Keller Williams Urban Dallas for $320K, reduced yesterday to $305,000.

Open house: Saturday, March 26, 1-3 p.m.

The modest exterior of this Glenridge Estates ranch-style cottage in East Dallas doesn’t do justice to the truly adorable and elegant interior space. Located at 4041 Beechwood Ln., this house is a 3-2 with an additional half bathroom and 2,034 square feet, built in 1951. That’s a huge Midcentury home!

It is completely remodeled with hardwoods throughout, and a large open living, dining, and family room areas. The kitchen is open to these areas with a transitional look, stainless steel appliances, white Carrera Marble counters and custom backsplash, on-trend white cabinets with soft-close, and a double-door pantry. Look at how enormous the master looks! It has a sitting area, double closets, and a beautifully updated bathroom with white Carrera Marble everywhere.

PICTURESQUE STEVENS PARK COTTAGE IN NORTH OAK CLIFF, REDUCED $16K

Open house: Saturday, March 26, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Stevens Park Village is one of North Oak Cliff’s most picturesque neighborhoods, with arching shade trees, wide medians, friendly parks, awesome views of downtown Dallas, and tons of charming homes.

We wrote about the 1940 cottage at 2318 W. Colorado Blvd. back in January, and it is still on the market. It’s so cute! This is a 3-2 with 1,922 square feet. It offers hardwoods in most common areas and the bedrooms, and has two living rooms, two dining rooms, and updates in the kitchen and one of the bathroom, as well as a new two-car garage. The master is separated from the other two bedrooms for privacy and has a walk-in closet with a custom closet system. There are original built-ins in the formal dining room, and the kitchen was taken to the studs for a redesign.

The second family room opens to a deck area in the backyard. The white tile is practical, but not the prettiest option for the room. But that’s a cosmetic fix, if new owners don’t like it.

It was listed Dec. 29 by Callan Harrison with Allie Beth Allman and Associates for $365K, reduced recently to $349,000.

Up in North Dallas, the updated ranch at 7107 Winterwood Ln. is a winning property with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 3,328 square feet, sitting on just over a third of an acre. It was built in 1972 and has been remodeled with designer touches, like the kitchen with custom cabinetry, double ovens, gas cooktop, granite counters, large island, and breakfast area. The kitchen opens to family room, a truly inviting space with with a beamed, vaulted ceiling, brick fireplace, and nailed-down hardwood floors, which continue throughout the living areas.

The beautiful sunroom has a wall of windows overlooking the saltwater pool. The master bedroom opens onto the slate patio with a pergola and private backyard. Additional selling feature: this home is located in the attendance zone for Spring Creek Elementary, rated a “9” out of 10 by greatschools.org.

It was listed March 10 by Sharon Demarque with Virginia Cook, Realtors, for $489,000.
