A ten-foot granite island stand in the center of the renovated chef’s kitchen, which also offers a walk-in pantry, butler’s pantry, and stainless steel Dacor appliances, including a gas cooktop and double oven. The master bedroom has two sitting areas and French doors that open to the veranda. Its ensuite marble master bath has heated floors, a jetted tub, and a separate shower with frameless glass door. As a bonus, there are guest quarters above the two-car garage, with fresh paint, and refinished hardwoods.

It was listed June 19 by Claire Krieger with Ebby Halliday, Realtors for $815,000, and has been reduced several times to its current list price, $759,000.
