A unique new high-rise development on the North Shore of Lake Grapevine called Lakeside Tower is coming our way. The Dirt: Plans are underway for the ground-breaking of the tower, which will include 48 condominium residences – every one with sweeping views of Lake Grapevine. The Lakeside Tower is part of Lakeside DFW, a 150-acre, urban-style mixed-use development of shops, restaurants, entertainment and offices located in Flower Mound and sweeping the northernmost shore of lake Grapevine. The area is also convenient to DFW International Airport, which is already attracting a slew of interest from buyers interested in a lock and leave lifestyle.

The Lakeside Tower has not only attracted the attention of empty-nesters looking for a maintenance-free lifestyle with total luxury amenities, it is also perking interest from buyers within the Southlake/Grapevine community who love it, don’t want to leave it.

Ground has not yet been broken, but already several reservations are in.

Prices start at about $650,000.

“Many of the people who have made reservations for homes at The Lakeside Tower have raised their children here, love the area and need to be near the airport,” said Richard Myers, Managing Partner of Realty Capital Management. “This is the first luxury high-rise project in the area that offers what they want.”

Buyers tell me they want a carefree, maintenance free lifestyle that is like living in a luxury hotel 24/7. They want to be close enough to the airport to pick up family coming in to visit, and close enough to get out of town quickly for stress-free visits to a vacation home, family or travels.

The Lakeside Tower amenities include a full-time concierge, valet, on-site spa and guest suites; resort-sized pool with cabanas, hot tub, fire-pits and outdoor kitchens; state-of-the-art gym, yoga/Pilates studios, wine cellar with private dining and elegant lounge areas; assigned garage parking, private garages and storage rooms.
