Update, 12:18 am: Seems I read the map incorrectly: this home is EAST of Preston Rd. when northbound, putting it between the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road, a highly desireable area. Which only makes the Waggoner house on Waggoner even more desireable!

I have always wondered if the street got it’s name from The Waggoner Ranch.

There must be a correlation between the Waggoner ranch and the coveted Dallas street. But 5842 Waggoner Drive in Dallas has a much more manageable lot than it’s twin-named ranch: try .36 acres!
