Craig Ranch Sends Email Letter to Realtors While McKinney Police Prepare for a “Special Speaker” and Possible Demonstrations

Party Invitation

A dime-piece is a hot girl/woman, like a “10”

Well. We thought things were simmering down up in McKinney, but now a trusted source tells me every policeman on the force has been called in to duty tomorrow Friday (and back-up planned) after word came that a special speaker is coming into town.

Every one except, of course, Eric Casebolt, who some want to see prosecuted for assault and misconduct. Though nothing has been filed,  Casebolt has already retained a criminal attorney, Tom Mills.

Speculation is that the visitor could be Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson leading a demonstration tomorrow one week after the crazy Craig Ranch pool party that has become one of the most disastrous events in McKinney’s history, threatening to tarnish it’s clean-cut image as the best small city in America.

I think a LOT is going to depend on how the community leaders and residents handle this incident. Will they pull the full force of the law on Casebolt? Do they even have a case against him? Will they listen to all voices? It’s pretty obvious that “Section 8” housing is a sore spot for some residents. It is also pretty obvious that while Tatiana Rhodes, aka “Keef Cakez” on Twitter, could have enjoyed a barbecue with as many people as she could invite in the public park at Craig Ranch North, there were strict rules at the pool that she did not follow. Tatiana is a resident of Craig Ranch North; she had every right to be at that pool, but she had no right to invite 70 to 130 friends — those are the number of kids I have read/heard crashed the party which was intended for 20 or 30. And she’s old enough to know better. Who threw the first punch? The McKinney police are investigating, and security camera tapes can tell more.

Then this has been circulating on Facebook…IMG_7795

Good Lord. Here is the letter Craig Ranch has been circulating to Realtors. Maybe we need some more rain in the forecast to cool everyone down?

SUBJECT: Reflections on this week’s events

Dear Realtor,

Please accept our thanks and appreciation for the many supportive calls and emails we have received over the last few days.  It has been difficult to suddenly have the national media spotlight on one of our neighborhoods.  The police department still has to complete its investigation, and we are anxious to hear their results, but for now, some normalcy is thankfully returning to Craig Ranch North.

This is a peaceful, increasingly-diverse neighborhood that is growing and thriving because of our differences in background, race, reasons for moving here, and in many other ways.  Those are attributes you and your customers appreciate, and many have honored us by choosing to move here, even calling it the personification of a true neighborhood.

The media frenzy resulted in a burst of stories about Craig Ranch North.  Some of those were accurate but there were others that were disturbing and disquieting because of the lack of factual information.  We have done our best to battle those who sought to blame our residents for any wrongdoing because that assumption is unfair and untrue.

As of today, please know that we believe we have turned the corner on this situation.  We are seeing a profound sense of relief in our community, and we look forward to the beginning of a return to the business of creating and supporting one of the best places in America to live, work and raise a family.

As a very important part of our success at Craig Ranch, we will keep you informed if there are any other issues that feel we should address and are happy to answer any questions you may have.  Please know that Craig Ranch North is a strong and resilient neighborhood, and our residents are looking forward, not backward.  Finally, thank you again for your continued support and patience in this difficult situation.

Most sincerely yours,

Craig Ranch Development Team

I don’t think the residents are relieved at this point. CR has been silent in what they should have allowed and what they are going to do to and with KC! They need to come clean and make her take responsibility and punish her but they are too chicken.

Question for the full time residents and other residents of McKinney: has anyone asked officer Casebolt why he put the girl on the ground? I realize teenagers do dumb things, but their immaturity does not give them a pass when they break the law. Also, why didn’t the HOA do something about the planned party before it began?
