Just How Sexy Can a Dallas Real Estate Video Get?

This shot really shows off the master bathroom, don’t you think?

After I watched this video produced by Lance Selgo of Unique Exposure Photography, I had to fan myself a little bit. It’s one of those really great lifestyle marketing videos that shows off what the good life would look like at on amazing property such as 2626 Hemingway Drive in Arlington. Staged by Keti Abazi and marketed by Kimberly Grogan of Keller Williams Arlington, this home is incredibly hot. Just like the talent. Ay yi yi!

“Kimberly Grogan, the Realtor, came up with the order of events and story line, and suggested specific shots,” said Selgo. “She also was responsible for bringing all of the talent in the video. We all had fun checking out the borrowed Tesla that is featured in the beginning.”

Here are a few things overheard during the shoot:

“Make sure you get his abs in the shot.” – Referencing the bathroom shot. Both of the “home owners” are in outstanding shape as you can tell, so why not flaunt it?
“Are you going to see that family photo in the video?” – Referencing the family photo above the living room fireplace and it not matching the actors. At the end of the day this is just a real estate video and we got the point across even if you can find some minor details that are a little inconsistent. 🙂
“Why are they drinking white wine out of red wine glasses?” – This was a big project, and this is one of those details that just got overlooked. Nothing that will make or break the video, but it’s interesting hearing what viewers are seeing when they watch it.

“I’m surprised by the ending – I was expecting it to end in the master bedroom!” – Maybe next time!

Well, we thought it was totally hot, but we don’t think that North Texas is ready for a real estate video like this one. This video, however, is just the right amount of wrong. See it for yourself!

Oh my GAWD! That video just evokes the estrogen. Wowsers! I would have totally had her bathing in the tub (I do hope she bathes before “getting into bed”) and who makes spaghetti for company?

Seriously, I want to see a video where the pool/spa gets used. And then one maybe with a bubble bath or some lounging next to the fire. We need to up the sexy factor, Dallas!

      Hi Candy-
They did actually have some other ending ideas – the pool being one of them but it was just too chilly and windy that day to throw people in the pool.
As for cooking spaghetti for company, the idea was to feature the gourmet stove. 🙂 It’s all about the flame…ha.

Kudos to my staging sistah Keti and to the fabulous Lance Selgo of Unique Exposure Photography. The man knows how to make a video! Kimberly Grogan, you have raised the bar! Candy I thought they were going to end up in tub…together : )

Hi Karen. Thanks for the shout out.
Yes, this video is “Mui Caliente”. 🙂
But we all enjoyed the eye candy. Every one did a wonderful job.

Oh yes, the flame! Who cares about the food! I want more of these, too, more more more! Keti, how much did this cost to produce — I’m sure many agents would like to know!

      Hi Candy.
      I am not quite certain.
Kimberly might be a better resource for the answer.
For anyone who would be interested they will have the video/photographer fee, and the actors fee, and any rental fees for props used in the video.
The cost would vary depending on the story line, and how many people you would need. In this case, we lucked out cause we were able to use the Tesla gratis, but if we were to rent a luxury vehicle that would cost too.
