Monday Morning Millionaire: Don’t Panic! This Green Cove Estates Beauty With Private Spa Will Have You Seeing DOUBLE

I figure you are looking for a few write-offs about now. Well, how about a spa to help medically write-off your aching back? Or a panic room so the “99%” doesn’t hunt you down?

This home was, for me, one of those “ah ha” moments. I want this house, want it so bad I might just take my IRS check and all of my Master Cards put together down to Craig Walling and see what he can do for me. First of all, let us talk the most important lesson in real estate: location. Sorry, the three most important things in real estate, the stuff you cannot change-out: location, location, location. Well let me tell you, 7231 Twin Tree Lane has it all and then some: three bedrooms, two full and two half baths, 3912 square feet on one half lush lush acre. Like I said, it’s in Green Cove,  one block from White Rock Lake. Schools are Lakewood Elementary, Long and Wilson.
