Monday Morning Millionaire: One of DHome’s Most Beautiful Can Now Be Your’s!

We know you’ve always wanted to see inside those “10 Most Beautiful” Homes they run over at D, I know I always did and still do! So I was delighted to be able to finally show you! This home at 3722 Cragmont, one of my favorite streets in a way cool ‘hood called Northern Hills, was feted in last fall 2011’s issue! I love English Tudor and this is such a classic.

This home reminds me of Sanborne House on the Dartmouth campus. It’s like you live where tea is served any minute! Located on a prestigious large corner lot with beautiful landscaping and lighted trees, the 1927 nee home has a slate roof, stone walkways, tall ceilings, leaded glass windows, beamed ceilings and WINDOW SEATS! The mosaic floored entry has a curved stairway, and overlooks the living room’s arched marble fireplace and large bay leaded glass windows. The dining room has two sets of French doors.
