Will Michael Hinojosa Flawlessly Unload His Dallas Real Estate (and Net a Profit?)?

Michael and Kittrick Hinojosa own a gorgeous home on Idlewood that should be hitting the market any day now. It will be interesting because he had it on the market with Debbie Sherrington from August 28, 2009 to last August 31. And it did not sell. Asking price $875,000 reduced from $899,000. The Hinojosas bought the home June 24, 2005 for $802,500. (DCAD has it appraised at $801,710.) The home is located in an amazing part of town known as Hillhaven bordering Jan/Mar that is extremely hot right now. Problem is, new construction and remodels are booming in that hood and Hinojosas’ home was built in 1994, so it’s in that awkward in-between stage — too young to tear down, too old to be new.¬† 3683 square feet, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, three car garage — nice! We’ll give him an “A” for effort.
