Douglas Elliman Agents Roll The Dice With Launch Party For 6007 Burgundy Road

On April 18th, Douglas Elliman agents Micah Byrnes and Harrison Kaye hosted a Casino Royale-inspired launch party for 6007 Burgundy Road. This home recently hit the market and was built as a personal residence for an architecturally minded owner.
More than 100 guests attended the evening celebrating style and architecture, including VIPs Ryan Cabrera, Candy Evans, Trevor Penick of O-town, KISS FM’s Billy the Kidd, Miss Texas contestant Averille Taylor, and former Dallas Cowboys player Kavon Frazier.
Upon arrival, guests were greeted in the magnificent front courtyard by a red carpet and 1966 Jaguar E type convertible which was provided by car enthusiast Clark Kirby.

Attendees enjoyed live music by Dallas native Ryan Cabrera, who flawlessly engaged with the crowd throughout his performance in the home’s lively and intimate setting. Guests were even treated to an impromptu performance from O-town’s Trevor Penick, who flew in from New York for the occasion, and was pulled on stage to sing his hit song “All or Nothing.”
To cap the night off, Cabrera performed fan favorites “On the Way Down” and “True.”
