This Home Hosted President Biden During His Dallas Fundraising Stop

President Biden made many stops during is visit to Dallas, and one of them happens to be the stunning home of Sharon & Dr. Kneeland Youngblood over on Leachman Circle, not too far from former District 13 City Council member Jennifer Staubach Gates’ creek-hugging home.

Here’s what Karen Eubank had to say about the location in 2016 when the property was marketed by Joan Eleazer:

Set on over two acres of land that back up to a creek in what amounts to a private park, this home graces the end of a cul-de-sac in the Royal Northaven neighborhood. This is the heart of private school paradise. Hockaday and Jesuit are to the north and The Episcopal School of Dallas is to the southwest, all about a five minute drive from this Texas modern masterpiece at 11201 Leachman Circle.

Native-born Dallasites might remember this as the Leachman family estate. The home is loaded with sunlight, multiple work centers, a reading loft, craft rooms, not one but TWO safe rooms, iron doors, wedge wood flooring, a sleek gourmet kitchen, and an expansive and verdant outdoors, well-manicured for entertaining and swimming.
