Oxland Group announced Monday that Davis Development will be developing 600 multi-family units at Painted Tree. The community will open in two phases in 2022.
Avanta Residential, a Denver-based that focuses on single-family rentals, announced that it has successfully closed on the purchase of 27 acres of land within Painted Tree to develop a build-to-rent neighborhood of 276 homes and townhomes.
