Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s is moving to a sleek new address: 3131 Turtle Creek, a sleek, International Style office tower at the corner of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Cedar Springs Road. The brokerage is adding an entire floor to its operation, increasing office square footage to a whopping 22,000 square feet.
“The new office will be a phenomenal space, with bespoke, state of the art offices not only for agents but also our sales, marketing, executive, financial and tech departments,” says Robbie Briggs, CEO. “A scenery change provides the ideal opportunity to rethink various aspects of our environment, how we interact, how we network, how we collaborate.”
