I saw this home pop up in my search today, it’s first day on the market, and I was stunned. You’d pay at least $400K for that in a comparable Dallas neighborhood!

Still, even with the cosmetic work, which we’re guessing are around the outside of the home, this house is a fabulous deal!

Every dang room in this 1964 ranch has been updated. The kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, and there’s a gorgeous free-standing vent-hood that coordinates nicely with the more traditional color scheme and stainless steel appliances.
