What happens when a showhouse ends — but the story isn’t quite finished?

At Donna Moss’s Southlake St. Jude Dream Home Showplace, the finale comes with a twist. What follows is part fundraiser, part estate sale, part design event — and very much a treasure hunt, where each room reveals another layer of pieces worth discovering.

Beginning Saturday, March 28, the designer who made every detail feel like a find opens the doors to the fully styled Beckett Graham home at 1820 Riviera Lane, offering a rare chance to purchase the furnishings that defined the space. The Carillion Place Showplace has already raised over $1 million for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, with this final chapter set to drive that number even higher.

As Moss promised, “Showhouses should deliver a few surprises.” This one has plenty up its sleeve.

Italian luxury brand Cantoni outfitted the living and dining rooms.

“Everything you see in the home is for sale,” she said. “The furniture, the art, the accessories, the florals — even the bedding. If you love it, you can make it yours.”

Spaces unfold like a series of design moments, each room distinct and layered, showcasing Donna’s signature style. A curated mix of high-design pieces and everyday finds are all priced to move, giving buyers the chance to walk away with something truly special at a remarkable value.

Think Cantoni, Hooker, RoCo & Xander, and Sunset West furnishings; richly textured Feizy rugs; statement lighting; and an expertly edited mix of accessories — from sculptural vessels and decorative objects to one-of-a-kind finds like a Louis Vuitton-inspired foosball table or a mahjong set that blurs the line between play and presentation.

One-of-a-kind: the Louis Vuitton-inspired foosball table.
Patio furniture is from Hooker and Sunset West.
The Hermes-inspired office features furniture, art, accessories, and more.

The Hermès-inspired office downstairs is a showstopper. Bedrooms take their cues from Dior, Chanel, and Tiffany — each one dialing up the color, pattern, and personality. Leopard is front and center (and yes, extra rolls of that wallpaper are up for grabs). A Tiffany-blue bath adds another unexpected moment. It’s modern glam through Donna’s lens, elevated, expressive, and entirely her own.

Even the wallpaper — leopard, above; Tiffany, below — is for sale.

The range is part of the appeal.

You might leave with a $48 towel rack — or a $50,000 Vispring mattress (and considering we spend about a third of our lives in bed, it might be the place to invest).

On our wish list: the ultra-luxe Vispring mattress.

Much of the inventory is being offered below retail — some even below wholesale — making this as much a shopping opportunity as a philanthropic one. Because this was a fully realized showhouse, the mix feels considered rather than pieced together. Every item has already been styled in context, making it easier to envision in your own space.

Artwork throughout the home reflects a modern sensibility with just enough edge. A portion of all sales from ArtVia Design pieces will support St. Jude’s mission, ensuring families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

The closets are filled with clothing and accessories from Blow Your Mind Design boutique, inside Blownaway Salon Suites at 2112 E. Hwy. 114 in Southlake. The mix is fun, a little fearless, and very Donna — with even more in store.

Proceeds from Artiva Design directly benefits St. Jude.
Clothing, handbags, and accessories from Moss’s Southlake boutique, Blow Your Mind Design, will also be part of the mix.
With a purchase of $10,000 or more, receive a signed copy of Donna’s book, “Best of Show” and a bottle of Canyon Oaks wine.

A sense of urgency adds to the energy. The home has sold and the new owner plans to reimagine the interiors, so everything must go.

The sale runs Saturday through Monday, with purchases held in place over the weekend. Pickup begins Monday, March 30, and by Thursday, the house must be cleared out before its next chapter begins.

It’s first come, first served. In other words: if you see it, claim it.

Tempted to take it all? “If somebody came in and bought the entire house, they’d get a really, really, really good deal, Moss laughed. “It’s easier to sell it than move it.”

But the sentiment runs deeper. This is design with purpose, where every purchase carries forward the mission behind the home itself.

“If it speaks to you, buy it,” she added. “That’s the best part. It all gives back.”

The sale is open this Saturday – Monday, March 28-30, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Carillon Parc neighborhood at 1820 Riviera Lane in Southlake.
