Fans of the ‘Fort Worth Love List’ Will LOVE This Updated Farmhouse Near TCU

So, your high school senior is headed to Texas Christian University. Or your Horned Frog needs a place to live for her senior year. Or you want to be near the campus for football, basketball, and the next filming of Taylor Sheridan’s latest “Landman” episode.

That’s because the house has had a major facelift since 2020, according to listing Realtor Jeremy Whiteker with Dave Perry Miller Real Estate. The former one-story house has been converted to a two-story, the walls were taken to the studs, and the house was brought into this century.
“The only original part of the house is the foundation and some of the exterior walls,” he said.

She and her husband, business co-owner Drew Mize, bought this house when they were launching the Fort Worth Love List (@fortworthlovelist on Instagram.
Their four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house and all that style is listed at $539,000. Within its 2,396 square feet, there is a split of bedrooms and baths between the two floors. The open concept layout offers a clear view from the front door to the backyard, Whiteker said, but spaces like the designated dining room can still feel intimate.
“What’s nice is it feels open, but when you’re in the dining room, you feel tucked in,” Whiteker said. “It feels nice and airy. It feels like an easy, happy house.”
