Eric Narosov, who closed more than $105 million in residential sales in 2025, has been named a partner alongside Alex Perry, Elizabeth Wisdom, and Chad Barrett in the Perry Wisdom Barrett Narosov Group, the #1 team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates, as well as RealTrends’ #1 team in Texas and #7 in the United States.
Narosov, who in his first year sold $10 million, wanted to learn from the best and approached Alex Perry about joining the Perry Wisdom Barrett team at the luxury real estate firm Allie Beth Allman & Associates. He credits the team and particularly Alex Perry, his mentor, for his success.
“For the last four years, I’ve had the privilege of working with the best team in Dallas and have been part of and closed some of the area’s largest transactions,” he said. “Working side by side with Alex, Chad, and Elizabeth has been the key to my growth, and I am so appreciative.”
Perry, who himself was ranked by The Wall Street Journal as the top real estate agent in Texas and the nation’s 32nd most-productive agent, recognized Narosov’s values of hard work and eagerness to learn. He credits Narosov’s success to his exceptional ability to relate to his clients.
A Dallas native, Narosov has an expansive network of friends, clients, and other agents who appreciate his market knowledge, negotiating skills, and authenticity.
