Sean Hooper has been named sales leader of Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate’s Intown office. The announcement was made by Betsy Cameron, president of the Ebby Halliday Companies, and Malinda Howell, senior vice president of brokerage.

Becky Connatser, who has led the Intown office with distinction for many years, is retiring after a tenure that has left an enduring mark on both the company and the agents she mentored.

“Becky has been an exceptional leader and mentor whose impact on the Intown office and its agents cannot be overstated,” Cameron said. “We are deeply grateful for her leadership and commitment to excellence. As Becky enters a new chapter, we wish her the very best. We are equally excited to welcome Sean into this important role. His professional experience, community engagement, and advocacy for the real estate industry make him an excellent fit to lead our Dave Perry-Miller Intown office into the future.”

Adds Howell, “Sean brings a remarkable combination of business acumen, leadership, and heart. He has a deep respect for the Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate culture and a true passion for helping agents grow their businesses. His background and dedication to service exemplify the values that define our company.”

A Dallas native and third-generation member of a family that helped shape the city’s restaurant landscape, Hooper’s roots run deep. His family opened one of Dallas’ first Italian restaurants downtown, eventually expanding to six locations throughout the area.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, Hooper spent more than two decades in the garment and textile industry, traveling to more than 20 countries and negotiating contracts with major global sports brands. His passion for real estate began as an investor before he transitioned to a full-time career helping clients achieve their property goals.

Hooper is a respected leader within the real estate community, serving as a director for both the MetroTex Association of Realtors and Texas Realtors. He is active in advocacy efforts at the local, state, and national levels to protect property rights and support industry professionals.

A dedicated advocate for excellence, Hooper holds numerous designations, including GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). He is a graduate of Ninja Selling and serves as a TREPAC trustee for Texas Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors Public Policy Oversight Committee, and a member of the Texas Realtors Public Policy Land Use Committee.

“I am honored to step into this role and build upon the remarkable foundation Becky has established,” Hooper said. “The Dave Perry-Miller Intown office represents the very best in professionalism and collaboration, and I look forward to supporting our agents as they continue to deliver exceptional service to their clients and community.”
