Zero-Lot Line, Country French Stone Wonder is Now Available in Normandy Estates

We love Normandy Estates in Plano. Frankly, it’s one of the best developments south of 121 and also frankly, the last. Located just west of Legacy West and The Shops at Legacy, the location cannot be beat.
Though easy shopping is nearby, once you are ensconced in those gates it takes a lot to get you to move out. Safety, serenity, and a sense of security are baked right into the gated community where some of Dallas-Fort Worth’s top architects and builders have made their mark.
Now comes a pretty, zero-lot line custom-built number at 6825 Labelle Court. The home is great in so many ways. First of all is the location, which is the most important detail that you cannot change. For this listing, it’s perfect.
Normandy Estates Home Packed With Extras
The home beckons from the street. While the lot is a tidy .14 of an acre, the home is elevated and makes industrious use of the lot. A pretty country French stone, it was built in 2014 and sports an efficient floor plan.

The house is just under 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms and three-and-and-a-half baths but squeezes in a lot of living space, too. There’s the foyer, downstairs library/office, large living areas, dining room, spacious kitchen, well-stocked laundry room, large primary bedroom with spacious en-suite bath, and huge closets.
“Location, quality construction, architectural beauty … a home not to be missed,” says listing broker Lynn Urban. “This is a custom-built home packed with extras. And natural light in the house is amazing.”
6825 Labelle Ct.: It’s All in The Details
I’m in love with details I wish we would see more of in homes, like the hammered copper kitchen farmhouse sink.

In the dining room are two twin built-in etagere shelves with storage below. (It is one of my building peeves that all dining rooms should have storage — a closet, a cabinet, something. The dining room is one of the most item-intensive rooms in the house, requiring plates, flatware, and linens. Every dining room needs storage.)
The primary bath is oversized, and the laundry room has a separate counter away from the sink counter to fold. I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten fresh laundry wet!

The cathedral groin-vaulted ceiling formalizes the foyer, but gently. I am loving the high-end kitchen appliances: pot filler, huge gas stove and ovens, and those acres of marble countertops that double as a quick eating area.
The primary suite is highlighted by a snazzy bath with huge step-in shower and a fancy tub. Right outside is a garden area — private and serene.
But the best part of this house is the rock-covered patio right off the family room that could easily be screened. With a fireplace and big-screen TV, this room is ready for outdoor entertaining and I bet that rock brings the temperature down a few degrees come August.

Homes seldom come to market in Normandy Estates, so check this one out!
