You may remember hearing about Rockport a few years back. In August 2017, Rockport was devastated by Hurricane Harvey. Coming in as a Category 4 storm, Harvey delivered quite the wallop to the quaint little town. It’s safe to say that it has bounced back and is doing better than ever.
