Top Luxury Real Estate Team Hits Record Sales in 2025

In a year defined by market uncertainty and heightened scrutiny at the luxury level, the Perry Wisdom Barrett Narosov team once again set the standard for excellence, closing more than $500 million in sales in 2025.
As the #1 luxury real estate team in Dallas and Texas, their success was driven not by simply “getting the listing,” but by acting as strategic advisors, partnering closely with clients, applying deep market intelligence, and executing thoughtful pricing and selling strategies that delivered results.
Founding partner Alex Perry, who represented the seller in Dallas’ largest public residential sale in 2025, said he and his team, Chad Barrett, Elizabeth Wisdom and Eric Narosov, took the time to build a nuanced understanding of a challenging market so they could create a plan for each home to sell.
“There’s no secret to this business,” Perry explained. “Hard work and knowledge and likability — those are always the three core things, and that hasn’t changed with our team. We’ll keep producing.”
Perry Wisdom Barrett Narosov not only earned its place as the No. 1 team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates in 2025 but also includes its three top-producing agents. Perry is No. 1, followed by Barrett and Narosov.
Barrett, known for getting deals done in the Park Cities, said the 2025 market yielded record high prices. But homes listed at $5-7 million took longer to sell and often needed price adjustments, and the under $2.5 million price point was extremely competitive. Look for more of the same in 2026.
“I believe 2026 will be highly competitive again, and I am hopeful we will see ample inventory to meet the strong demand from both current and future buyers,” he said.
Perry’s top deal, an estate listed for $35 million in University Park, had an Allie Beth Allman & Associates agent on the buyer side, as did many of the team’s top sales. But a significant portion included partnerships with top-producing agents at other brokerages.
Wisdom said the focus on relationships is part of the team’s core strategy. “The reason you’re seeing top agents do extremely well is that buyers and sellers are only hiring experts with a strategy for building relationships, staging, pricing, marketing and knowing the market, street by street,” she said.
The pricing part of that strategy is going to be extremely important going into 2026. “We are in a price-reflective market,” she said. “Pricing is key, and communicating about price accurately and candidly is very important. The economy has changed. Managing expectations and still getting deals done is why people hire us to sell their home.”
Perry Wisdom Barrett Narosov has been the No. 1 luxury real estate team in Dallas the past four years and was named No. 1 in Texas by RealTrends in 2025.
