Take Advantage of This Extraordinary Euless Moment

Euless is having itself a moment.
Once referred to as “Useless, Texas,” the North Texas suburb is glammed up and ready to go toe-to-toe with any of the ‘burbs between Fort Worth and Dallas.
The Tarrant County city of more than 61,000 has a lot more going on now. The immensely popular Glade Parks retail area just west of Hwy 121 opened 10 years ago and continues to grow. Everything from national retailers to a movie theater to restaurants can be found there. And just within sight of that commercial strip will be a new H-E-B grocery store, which is scheduled to open next year.
The city can also boast its Texas Star Golf Course, and it’s in the enviable position of being an easy drive away from Cowtown, Big D, and Jerry World. Most of the city is zoned for the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District, and the rest is zoned for Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. Both are solid school districts, making Euless a draw for families.

Price Tag
And then there’s the cost of housing. The average price for a single-family home hovers just above $350,000, which is less than nearby Colleyville or Bedford. Same Mid-Cities convenience with a better price tag.
So, with all of that in mind, here’s a property house hunters might want to see. The house at 1810 Kynette Dr. is a rare new-construction residence in the midst of this established suburb. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms across its 2,492 square feet, the house is priced at $599,900.

Modern Living
This home gives a lot to consider for someone with a budget under $600,000. Vaulted ceilings add a sense of spaciousness and light, while the custom iron front door opens to an open-concept floor plan designed for modern living.
The living area’s vaulted ceiling amplifies the openness, the sliding glass doors add to the light-and-bright feel, and the luxurious finishes bring a touch of style that’s felt throughout the house. You can also step outside to enjoy the covered patio, an ideal setting for year-round outdoor parties.

Checking out this house should be super easy this weekend. First of all, there’s that Mid-Cities location, but equally important is that the house will be held open both Saturday (noon to 2 p.m.) and Sunday (10 a.m. to noon).
