After a successful return for the Heritage Oak Cliff Fall Home Tour in 2023, we are happy to announce the 2024 Heritage Oak Cliff Fall Home Tour is back again Oct. 26-27 and will be even bigger than ever. The Fall tour will feature ten unique homes all across Oak Cliff, as well as two businesses that have been masterfully brought back to life by Proxy Properties through extensive preservation efforts.

This vital event, which is entering its 47th year, raises funds for the organization that supports projects in Oak Cliff neighborhoods. Distributed via grants, neighborhoods can fund projects such as community events, improvements, beautification, and infrastructure. As a homeowner featured on the 2023 tour, I am honored to co-chair the 2024 tour alongside fellow 2023 tour homeowner Chris Michael. Together, we aim to help Heritage Oak Cliff raise much-needed funds to provide even more grants to neighborhoods in the coming years. Over the next two months, articles about each home will be shared
leading up to the Fall Home Tour.

As mentioned, there are ten homes and two businesses this year and we look forward to opening the doors for all to see. Each home is remarkable in its own right and guests will walk away from each one inspired. Tour guests may also end up wanting to book a hotel reservation at one of the businesses on tour. The distinct architecture of each home, including designs, landscapes, artistry, preservation, gardening, and craftsmanship will truly not disappoint. With homes ranging from 1917 to 1969, the mix and variety of homes will allow guests to see why we all love Oak Cliff and want to preserve its charm as the best area in Dallas.

The Heritage Oak Cliff 2024 tour is Saturday and Sunday, October 26 and 27, from noon to 5 p.m. each day. Ticket sales will begin on Sept. 5 at heritageoakcliff.org.
