New construction does not often catch my eye. But when I came across this new home in the heart of Lakewood, I was intrigued. There was something different about it. Then I scrolled down to read the description, and it all made sense. The builder is Stainback Construction, and if you know anything about the Stainbacks, they never cut corners.

Ford Stainback is the son of Kent Stainback, founder of the Stainback Organization, who has been in real estate development for over 35 years.
