Stunning Sales, a 10-year Milestone, And All The Top Producers: Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty Celebrates Another Great Year  

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty president and CEO Russ Anderson, on a night of achievement that celebrates 365 days of achievement:

It is remarkable. And, in 2023, with challenges such as too-few homes available and a stock market that once again rode like a roller coaster, they propelled the brokerage to $2.3 billion worth of happy clients, goals met and dreams achieved — which happens to be our 10th consecutive year of multibillion-dollar sales.

No one does it like them. They adapt to every change in the industry, the economy, and their clients’ lives. They are the best of the best.

And now that 2023’s numbers are crunched — it takes a little time in our industry to tally all the figures — we recently celebrated some of that success at our Awards of Excellence gala. 

Here is who took home some top prizes:

Our top residential team, companywide, is once again the Faisal Halum Group, based in our Turtle Creek office, made up of Faisal Halum, Bill Churchill, Noora Bass, and Kathleen Hutchinson.

Our top ranch-and-land team, companywide, is once again the Burgher-Ray Ranch Group, with David Burgher, Harlan Ray, Clay Bebee, Connor Hunt, Davis Walker, and Barbara Kurilecz. 

Our top individual, companywide, is Rachel Finkbohner, also in our Turtle Creek office.

In our Fort Worth office: Top team: The Raleigh Green Real Estate Group (Raleigh Green, Megan Green, Stefany Nau). Top individual: Ben Frederick.

For our Lakewood office: Top team: Vawter Clark Group (Brooke Vawter, Jason Clark). Top individual: Becky Oliver.
