Good Morning. My name is Dimitri Proctor currently residing @ las Colinas Heights in Irving, Texas. For several months now, I’ve requested maintenance for my Townhome. When the air conditioner went berserk, it flooded the up and downstairs. It took your crew one and a half months to complete it properly. That debacle left the kitchen cabinets completely destroyed. Now, for three months I’ve submitted several work orders, gone the to office and attempted to speak with Monica who in turn does not respond or better yet talk to me. You can check my records. Rent paid on time for as long as I’ve resided at 414 Mills Lane. Today, cabinets are unfinished. Now, your company employee a woman by the name of Colleen. This very unprofessional women has texted me on more than one occasion. Last eve I felt as though she was harassing me via text. I really need for someone WITH ATHORTY TO HAVE A MAJOR TALK WITH WOMAN, COLLEEN AND MONICA FOR NOT DOING HER JOB . I DON’T APPRECIATE HER NASTINESS.
    Thank you,

Hello. My name is Ashley Bell and current live at Providence Uptown in Houston Texas. It’s been ok until about a month ago. I went to finally make a noise complaint of my upstairs neighbor and one of the female leasing staff treated me d sad I horribly I had to start recording her. I then reached back out to speak with the property manager to let them know I was going to be late with rent due to a serious family emergency. I was told I couldn’t talk to her. So then I call corporate and all of a sudden the manager calls and says I can send her an email which I did and she will review it and get back to me. It’s been three weeks and now the property manager manage wont answer me and I’m getting the emails changing the payment policy less than a week before rent is due. I have never been late with rent and now I could get evicted when no one has talked to me.
