In a smart business decision by a top-notch management team, Ebby Halliday Realtors has decided to consolidate and merge offices in the real-estate crowded Preston Center quadrant.

Many large firms are making the move to downsize commercial space in this new era of higher interest rates.

“Through mergers and acquisitions over the years, the Ebby Halliday Companies have a handful of offices within a stone’s throw of each other in the Preston Center area,” said Steve Smith, vice president of marketing. “As a company, we have made the decision to merge our Preston Center office with others in the area and in North and East Dallas, where many of the agents live and work.”

Ebby’s Little White House, once the town hall for the Village of Preston Hollow, will remain steadfast at its prime corner at Northwest Highway and Preston Roads, as will the company’s other nearby offices.

The article says area offices would be affected, but not which ones, and if they will totally close all, or just downsize some offices. It only mentions that the white house on NWHY will remain. I’m sure lots are concerned or interested about the other offices, and their friends who work their, or where they bought a home.

We actually have clarified the story, Jim. All other offices will remain the same. Ebby just had too many offices centered in one location. This is prudent fiscal responsibility!
