Bella Custom Homes’ Build-to-Suit Offerings Expand to Frisco’s The Preserve, Throughout DFW

While the housing market is slightly unpredictable at the moment, one truth still reigns true — buyers are looking for quality over quantity. That’s why many Dallas-Ft. Worth buyers look to build their own custom dream house.

With that decision come many secondary decisions, which can become quite an exhaustive list. That’s when the build-to-suit process comes into play and no one does build-to-suit better than Bella Custom Homes.

As a third-generation home builder, Tony Visconti — founder and owner of Bella Custom Homes — has mastered the art of offering build-to-suit packages. After 30 years in business, Bella Custom Homes is one of the few Dallas-area builders to provide an all-inclusive custom building package.

And while Bella Custom Homes’ build-to-suit offerings are currently located throughout the DFW Metroplex, there is an overwhelming amount of interest in the Frisco area as of late.

What’s Included in a Build-to-Suit

Visconti and Stacy Brotemarkle — owner and interior designer, respectively — work with buyers at every step of the home-building process to provide guidance, support, and to ensure transparency.

Once the Bella Custom Homes team holds a consultation with their client to understand the full depth of their desires, they swiftly get to work on creating a plan. A guiding pillar to success in this plan is a detailed spec document — which usually consists of roughly 65 pages — that includes every finish and material in the home.

In addition to these in-depth plans, Bella Custom Homes will select the lot that is best suited for their client, taking into consideration their long-term plans and preferences.

“We feel it’s important for our clients to understand the process and price that goes with their custom build,” Tony says. “Our specs are about 65 pages, which we feel is necessary for the homeowners to know all the components going into their new home. It eliminates the guesswork.”

To ensure transparency and provide an upfront price, Bella Custom Homes provides a fixed price to their clients before starting construction. And while the homeowner is locked into a rate, that doesn’t cap their dreams to customize their home.

“There are always changes along the way during construction and we want nothing more than the finished product to exceed our client’s expectations,” Stacy adds.

Truly Building Dream Homes

Bella Custom Homes stands behind its craftsmanship and expertise with confidence. Honesty, integrity, and transparency are the cornerstones of this brand and have contributed to its longevity in the industry

However, in addition to being a truly custom builder, the team at Bella Custom Homes also becomes a trusted partner to their client. This means that the team is in every meeting and available to provide guidance and share their expertise with their clients.

“Some people get overwhelmed with all the details that go into building a custom home,” Stacy says. “That’s why we believe it’s so important to really be there to help our clients in this process. From selecting the lot to architectural plans and interior design selections, we help with it all. And we focus and emphasize on the areas that are most important to our clients—whether that’s entertaining or growing their family.”

Custom Build-to-Suit Lots Coming to Frisco

The newest community, Fields, will soon arrive in Frisco, Texas. Frisco is a booming hub for businesses and families alike. Known for its central location in the DFW Metroplex, Frisco is an established community filled with exemplary schools, a strong workforce, and great entertainment with family-friendly attractions.

Coming soon is a new premier luxury gated community named The Preserve. The Preserve will open as part of the Fields and Bella Custom Homes is one of the 11 approved custom builders to build in this new development.

“We’re excited to have the opportunity to be part of this elite group of builders and be part of the groundbreaking in this area. We’ve already seen a ton of interest and are excited about what is to come,” says Stacy.

Developed by Hunt Realty Investments and the same master developer as Legacy West, Fehmi Karahan has an eye for creating successful mixed-use developments. Fields will have a similar feel to Legacy West and be near the new PGA HQ and flagship Omni Hotel.

No matter where you want to build in the DFW area, Bella Custom Homes and its talented team are here to help you and your family navigate the design and build process.
