In a premier North Dallas neighborhood within the coveted Private School Corridor, a gorgeous home just listed with a long list of highlights.

While the area is full of original Ranch-style residences, 11203 Bushire Drive is not that. Truly unique, the one-level home will woo you with its soaring high ceilings, open plan layout, and fully renovated spaces.

Completely move-in ready, the cherry on top is that it has a special lower property tax rate that will transfer with the sale.

Built in 1982, it’s incredible that this home has such high ceilings. They tower above as light cascades in through large Anderson windows and glass doors, creating a sun-soaked and serene environment wherever you are.

White oak floors throughout make the interiors all the more airy and contemporary.

It’s easy to imagine chic summer barbecues and glittering holiday parties unfolding here. Whether you’re hosting a birthday dinner or an impromptu Sunday brunch, friends and family can settle into any of the vast living rooms to catch up, tell stories, and mingle.

The smell of tasty bites may draw some into the long kitchen, which has been redone and shines with stylish subway tiles. Others may feel more pulled to the sleek outdoor spaces, where beautiful new landscaping with native perennials awaits.

A meandering path leads you from the spacious side deck, with room for multiple sitting areas, to the quiet backyard. It feels like entering a secret, exclusive hideaway. Imagine gathering around the fire pit for evening conversations with friends or roasting marshmallows with the kids here on a school night. Through the years, it’s sure to be a spot where you make many treasured memories.

Inside, the scene is set for splendid everyday life, too. With three living rooms, adults can hang out in one space while kids play games in another, allowing for effortless separation when needed. Offering four bedrooms in total, the primary suite sanctuary is broken off from the rest to give you wonderful privacy and peace.

Who wouldn’t love getting-ready moments in the redesigned bathroom dressed in Ann Sacks marble? There’s also a large walk-in closet with a top-of-the-line safe, so your special jewelry or watches are just steps away.

As every room displays, the home’s recent transformation was a total success. Thanks to the thoughtful remodel, understated elegance abounds so you can move in without changing a thing.

But, there’s one more factor not to be overlooked: Location. It’s as important as ever to love where you live, both in terms of beauty and convenience. Here, you’re just steps from Northaven Trail as well as great schools.

What do you mean by special lower property tax rate that will transfer with the sale? I see the capped value but it goes away at the end of this year.

Value went from $560,010 in 2021 to $634,430 in 2022, but capped at $616,011 for 2022. 2023 will be $634,430 or higher.
