This Fabulous Robert Elliott Custom Home Will Really Get You Talking

Share News:

I can sit here and tell you how fabulous, breathtaking and incredibly perfect this house is. Compass Realtor Amy Sack can do it, too. But, sometimes the most meaningful oohs and aahs are from the people touring the home that just can’t contain themselves and lose all ability to play it cool because this one is — all caps — a STUNNER. (Exhibit A: Full video at the end of this write-up.)

It’s a massive, custom home over in Lakewood, across the street from the Lakewood Country Club and within walking distance to the shopping center. It’s filled with the most perfect details and original art from Talulah & Hess.

Buyer Feedback

All of this leads to comments that do the best job of articulating what we’re all thinking …

From a didn’t-know-they-were-gonna-be-prospective buyer: “We weren’t really looking, but this is a ‘make-me-move’ kind of home.”

Is it the massive, greenest green front lawn or the grand concrete steps leading up to the solid glass-paneled front door that mimics the enormous windows of the home? Or is it the hint of metal roof on the porch that contrasts so perfectly with the warm white brick?

Answer: It’s all of it. And then some.

Agent Feedback

From a fellow agent touring the home with clients: “I literally tell people that I have never seen a house that I’ve actually wanted to buy for myself until this one.”

Let me just say when a Realtor says they’d buy a home, that’s something. Because, gang, we see a lot and we’re a bit particular.

Now since we’re in a quote party, here’s mine: “DAAANG.” As in “DANG, THIS HOUSE IS DREAMS.”

My favorite thing about this house is the fact that the primary suite is its own wing. Obviously, this is a two-story, but over the primary suite? Nothing but the roof and clear skies giving the owners the ultimate privacy with no footsteps overhead.

Though honestly, this house is likely so solid, you probably couldn’t even hear a peep even with a drinking glass pressed from your ear directly to the ceiling.

As for Sack’s quotes, she said it’s a Robert Elliott Custom Homes (DROOL) build where they knocked it out of the freaking park. The entry is dramatic and the lot itself is HUGE. There’s a massive backyard with plenty of room for a pool and a side yard where Sack said you could add a sports court.

And one potential buyer said: “You could add a Pickleball Court!” And if you added a pool and a court of any sort, there would STILL be leftover backyard. It’s on a hill, it’s drop-dead gorgeous and there are two home offices — one up, one down. What more could you ask for?

Compass realtor Amy Sack has 607 Largent Avenue listed for $2.175 million.
