In the past few months, top real estate agents have been returning home to Allie Beth Allman & Associates.

Many say top-level support for entrepreneurship — through sales training, marketing, and a culture of excellence — is drawing them back to the noted luxury boutique brokerage.

Dallas native Eric Narosov said it was the culture he missed the most.

“I realized that I was coming back home to a culture that is caring but also raises the bar of excellence every day,” he explained. “When I tell people I am with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, they know it is the best of the best.”

He appreciates the leadership’s entrepreneurial focus on helping him grow his business and his brand through marketing and sales support.

Catalina Sada said she learned that when you surround yourself with really good people, you become better and better.

“I could not be happier to return to the Allie Beth Allman & Associates family,” she said. “I wanted to be with the strongest team to grow my business and learn from the best. President Keith Conlon is there for you 100 percent.”

Entrepreneurs will always be driven to try new things. But Conlon said he’s always glad when an agent comes back.

“My job is to make sure our business supports theirs,” he noted. “Our strong leadership team blends sales training and marketing to grow everyone’s business.”

Bev Berry, another Dallas native, said there is no other company in Dallas that has someone like founder Allie Beth Allman leading by example in building relationships and making people the center of her business. That’s what brought Berry back home.

“I am all about relationships,” she said. “I was sold on the idea that technology is the most important in real estate. It is absolutely not true. I had to return to the company known for its legacy of service to clients and putting people first.”

Allman has always focused on people first, and that’s why very few agents ever leave the brokerage.

“My business is founded on people, integrity, and trust, and I’m very happy people see the importance of that and the difference our culture makes,” she said.

Some agents just wanted to be back home. Pete Livingston said he called Keith Conlon and told him he wanted to come back.

“I needed to return to where i enjoyed working and there was a synergy of people who collaborated and worked together,” he said.

It came down to being affiliated with the No. 1 brokerage in Dallas for Kelly Morgan. The Allie Beth Allman & Associates team takes the time to deliver the best service and results for clients locally while calling on the international connections of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway to bring buyers.

“When I say I work with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, there is a trust that I will get the job done. There’s not a better brand to be with,” Morgan said.
