Ahhh … Spring. Yes, the time when flowers bloom, days are longer, and stuff that makes you sneeze is floating around in the air.

Spring is also a time when you spend a lot of time and money weeding, raking, feeding, mowing, and watering your lawn. Yep, instead of enjoying the mild temps and the sounds of birds, it’s yard work time … that is, unless you live in a condominium.

Sure, you can spend time mowing grass. Or you could be sitting on your penthouse balcony.

Spring is For Condominiums

Springtime is the perfect time to live in a condo. No yard maintenance. No weed pulling. No getting soaked trying to move the sprinkler from one area to the other. Condo living is simple living, relaxing living, no-yard-work living.

If you are like me and you don’t like sneezing and mowing and all that outdoor stuff, now is the time to come and see the latest condominium available at Villa de Leon, which is the corner penthouse located at 501 Samuels Avenue No. 620.

Having a pool but not having to maintain the pool? Now that’s a benefit of condo living.

The Benefits of Condo Living

Condo living isn’t for everyone. Those with horses or cattle or that like to spend hours and hours trying to get the string back in the edge trimmer aren’t the ideal candidate.

However, for those who love a 24-hour concierge, a grill by the pool that you don’t have to refill with propane, or private workout rooms and lounge areas, then condo living is definitely for you!

Views abound in No. 620 at Villa de Leon

Aside from those obvious benefits, the condo at No. 620 in Villa de Leon is a spectacular corner penthouse. Updated within the past few years, the flooring, colors, and fixtures are fresh and current. Of course, being on the top of the building, the views aren’t too shabby either.

Backing to the Trinity River, minutes from downtown Fort Worth, the Villa de Leon Condominiums allow for quick-and-easy access to the Trinity Trails, downtown luxuries, and highway access. Private parking, along with the other amenities mentioned as well as water, trash, sewer, and exterior insurance is all part of the monthly homeowner’s fee. Oh, and did I mention gas? That’s right — Villa de Leon is one of the few, if not the only condo building in the area that has gas to the cooktops and fireplaces in the homes.

Viking double ovens, a farm sink, and … is that GAS?! Yes, it is!
Electric shades are in the primary bedroom if you need them.
The primary bathroom is clean, fresh, and current.

This unit is an open floor plan condo (there are only 23 condos in Villa de Leon) of 2,154 square feet with two large bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms. The floorplan is different from all others as it has been remodeled and transformed (walls moved) throughout the years to maximize the spaces and views of Fort Worth.

Every home needs a dry bar with plenty of spaces for adult beverages.

This sparkling condominium is listed by the recently betrothed Ashley Mooring of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate for $790,000. Put away the work gloves and weed killer and start loving and living life in this beautiful condo.
