Only three homes remain for purchase in the first phase of Kessler West, the brand new residential community of modern townhomes and condominium residences in Oak Cliff, and sales lead Nadia Black of Eklund Gomes says she wouldn’t be surprised if those get snapped up at this weekend’s big Open House event.

“The response has been phenomenal,” Black says. “If a buyer is looking for modern architecture, new construction, and the wonderful vibe of Oak Cliff, Kessler West offers the highest level of quality, design, and sophistication in the area.”

Resident move-ins may take place as soon as next month. Subsequent phases include three-story townhomes and a luxury residential midrise.

Much of the team – from renowned architects to management – is the same that was involved in creating Kessler Woods, a buzzy project that brought luxury, modern living to the Dallas area in 2005 and was called the “gold standard” for residential real estate in Oak Cliff by the local press.

Landscaping’s about to begin as the final stages of Kessler West’s finish out gets underway. High-profile landscape architect Kevin Sloan Studio is involved in creating a living experience that integrates nature. Not only do features such as private courtyards and rooftop decks with sweeping views of downtown Dallas incorporate the great outdoors, Kessler West is also a close neighbor to the trails of Twelve Hills Nature Center.

Each of the 20 townhomes has a private rooftop deck that provides awe-worthy views of downtown Dallas – clearly a selling point. In the center of the community, there’s a large park with walking trails, a private community garden, and a manicured creek. This phase of Kessler West is unique in that these 2-story units have fenced, private backyards for every unit.

“The courtyards are private, secure areas within the units – people really love this,” Black adds.

Some of the biggest attractions at Kessler West are the gorgeous kitchens, spa-like bathroom, and an enormous closet in the private owner’s retreat. Actually, every bedroom has an en-suite bath with fantastic finish details.

Plus, car lovers can install a lift in the two-car garages due to the high ceilings, accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Good thing, here in Dallas we LOVE our cars.

All units are “elevator-ready” as they have been designed and built to accommodate an elevator when the owner wishes.

The esteemed location of Kessler West provides residents with easy access to DFW airports, landmarks, employment centers and entertainment venues – mere minutes away from Bishop Arts, the Dallas Arts District, and the Dallas Design District. ⁣

“People love the close proximity to Bishop Arts, but not living in the middle of the frenzy,” Black says. “Plus, it’s walking distance to the Stevens Park Golf Course and 12-Hills Nature Center.”
