We remember this gorgeous listing in Waco that was completely remodeled by Chip and Joanna Gaines in the style that made the pair famous.

“This house was built in the early 1900s and was quite the fixer-upper,” Joanna’s blog post about the project said, adding that the owners were avid cyclists and runners and wanted to be close to Cameron Park.

“The house is around the corner from the park – the perfect location!” the blog said.
