Have a Front Row for Fireworks Infinity from This Lakewood Beauty

Nothing gives you quite the jolt than opening a Realtor.com listing that still has the old pre-teardown photo in its Google metadata preview. This week’s Inwood Home of the Week, sponsored by Inwood National Bank, just did that to me.

This gorgeous new custom at 6839 Coronado Ave. is built by Gramercy Custom Homes, a relative newcomer to boutique home builders in Dallas. But if you’ve driven around Lakewood lately, you might have spotted at least three coming soon signs on Gramercy’s custom homes.

This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath home was thoughtfully designed for the ultimate in modern luxury, accommodating both entertaining and comfortable living, the listing agent Michelle Hopson of Compass says. And potential buyers are lining up. “The home went live in MLS at 8:30 a.m. today, and I’ve already had 10 or 11 showings,” she says.

The kitchen features quartz countertops, a 48-inch gas range, 48-inch built-in refrigerator, microwave drawer, and under-cabinet wine cooler. soft-close cabinets, and walk-in pantry. There’s an expansive living area that opens to the kitchen and overlooks the covered patio with built-in grill.

There is a large upstairs flex space, three bedrooms with distinct en suite baths, and a private primary retreat with honed marble bath, soaking tub, and a huge walk-in closet. Guest bed downstairs with en suite bath that could function as a future pool bath.

And the location? Come on! It’s zoned for top-notch Lakewood Elementary, and Lindsley Park, the YMCA, and White Rock Lake are all close by. Plus, the home is located in the prime 6800 block of Coronado, next to Lakewood CC golf course.

Says Hopson, “Basically you’ll always have a front row seat for 4th of July fireworks at Lakewood CC.”

Michelle Hopson of Compass has listed 6839 Coronado Ave. for $1.750 million.
