This impeccable French-inspired estate caught my eye — not just because I’m a Francophile, but also because my new Netflix binge series is L’Agence, or in English, The Parisian Agency.

L’Agence is about Kretz & Partners, a family of seven, who, working from the living room of their 1930s Art Deco mansion, sell the most luxurious French real estate you can imagine. This leads me back to our French-inspired estate. Designed in 1986 by Rawls-Welty architects and built by Dave Fox,  Barringer Custom Homes just extensively remodeled this 8,741-square-foot home and did an absolutely fabulous job. 

When most of us think about French architecture, our minds drift to palaces and classic châteaux like Versailles or Château de Chenonceau. However, the French embrace an eclectic style like no one else, and that is what Barringer Custom Homes pulled off here.
