This Cute Contemporary With a Pool is Within Walking Distance of Lake Grapevine

Personally, of all the Dallas-Fort Worth suburbs, I’d have to say that Grapevine is one of the most appealing. Besides a really lovely historic downtown and railroad, there are tons of great parks and world-class attractions. And with a lake on your doorstep, you can get out on the water any time!

However, with this Grapevine home, you can double dip. Not only is this cute contemporary within walking distance of Grapvine Lake, it has a cute pool, too!

Built in 1970, listing agent Elizabeth Gleason with Rogers Healy and Associates says it has been renovated throughout. In fact, this contemporary-styled ranch looks almost brand new inside!

This home has a lovely open floor plan with a fabulous fireplace featuring a stacked-stone surround. Plus, you get plenty of natural light from those beautiful full-light French doors that lead the beautifully landscaped backyard.

There’s also a dining area with a built-in wine cooler, and the kitchen is a knockout with top-of-the-line appliances, quartz counters, and an enormous island that can easily play host to hors d’oeuvres or homework. Maybe both!

According to Gleason, the owner’s retreat sports a custom walk-in closet, two sinks, floating vanity, and private access to the backyard. The home has a split floor plan, with two of its three bedrooms anchored to the front of the house. With three full baths and 1,779 square feet, this property can easily accommodate family life.

Of course, there’s even more living space outside, with a covered porch just off the living room and that lovely pool beyond that. This home was just listed yesterday and we’re certain that someone is going to be enjoying that pool this summer.

Want to check it out in person? Gleason is holding an Open House from 1 to 3 p.m. June 19 and 20.

Elizabeth Gleason with Rogers Healy and Associates has listed 1734 Anglers Plaza in Grapevine for $409,000.
