How About A British Columbia Barbie Dream B&B?

Share News:

Sometimes (like last week) the Wednesday WTF is an amazing property with everything you’d ever want in an investment property — especially if you’re looking to get into the hospitality industry. And sometimes, it’s just a little more Barbie dream home than you’d expect.

Take, for instance, this property in White Rock, British Columbia. It is, by all accounts, a great option if you’re looking for a seaside stay on the Canadian coast.

It has some amazing views.

But also, pretty much right from the jump you know this property is going to be, uh, special.

Yes, those are pre-loaded fake guests …

There are more in another part of the exterior, too.

But the interior is where the real Barbie Dream B&B motif really comes alive.

After exercising my Google fingers, I discovered that the property is actually a well-rated vacation stay, with almost a full five stars on Expedia. Its income potential and proximity to the beach probably contribute to its nearly $4 million (Canadian) price tag.

From the listing:

“Landmark Property on the White Rock Beachfront!!! Welcome to Wonderland, this Famous Beachfront Property is absolutely stunning & magnificent. Artfully Decorated in a Southern Georgian theme & ambiance, w/ 4/5 Bedrooms, 4 baths, heating in-floor, air conditioning & an elevator, an enormous romantic party roof top deck, , 2 gas fireplaces & a legal above ground suite. Higher end construction w/iron gated yard, electric driveway gate outback, private oasis front & back w/2 outside/2 inside parking, patios & decks galore w/stunning ocean & island views. This uniquely decorated home has 2 full kitchens & 2 levels, the upper level being a little larger w/3 bedrooms. Every color & fixture had careful planning, design & love, don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind piece of art.”

Want to see more? Here you go. Let us know if you’d slap down that kind of money for a beachside property in Canada, and whether you’d keep it just the way it is, or opt for something less … pink.
