Briggs Freeman’s Faisal Halum Lands Title of Top Agent in Texas

Being a successful real estate agent is hard. Being a successful agent in a huge city like Dallas is extremely difficult. But being named the top agent in a state that lives and breathes real estate? That’s a superhuman feat.

However, that’s Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s Faisal Halum for you — superhuman.

We’ve featured so many of this rockstar Realtor’s listings (truly some of the most incredible properties in all of Dallas!) that we’re not surprised but totally elated at this news — Halum was named the top agent in all of the Lone Star State.

From CEO Robbie Briggs, himself:

“Of all the awards that our agents and our brokerage earn in any given year — something that still thrills me, after my 40-plus years in this business — one honor comes with a little extra excitement.

Each year, a firm called RealTrends ranks the top individuals, teams and brokerages in the United States. The Colorado-based company, launched in 1987, bases its rankings on data that is independently verified, which is why folks in the real estate world anxiously await the results. To make any RealTrends list is a real honor.

This year, we’re flush with winners — and I couldn’t be prouder.

With more than $162 million in 2020 sales volume, our Faisal Halum has catapulted himself into the stratosphere, landing in the top eight percent in the entire country on the latest ranking: The Thousand, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. That is 1,000 expert agents across America who work very hard for their clients, I can assure you.

The news gets better: When it comes to agents whose business is residential resale homes, Faisal is now the No. 1 agent in Dallas and the No. 1 agent in the entire state of Texas.

If you’ve worked with Faisal, this won’t come as any surprise at all. He is the best of the best, making use of all the data and tools at his fingertips while instinctively matching clients to the perfect homes for them, all over North Texas and often across the country.

But, wait, there’s more. I am also proud to announce several other superstar individuals and teams from Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty that just made The Thousand, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. Without further ado, in order of total sales volume:

Individuals: Joan Eleazer, James Sammons III, Caroline Summers, Ann Shaw, Tessa Mosteller, Melissa Jennings, Pogir, Susie Swanson, Carla Perez, Rachel Finkbohner, Judy Sessions, and Lisa Besserer.

Teams: Jobst Randall Group, Burgher Ray Ranch Group, The Gioia Goyer Group, The Gina Lester Team, Forke + Shindler Group, Winchester Steitle Group, and TT Ranch Group.

Talk about the best of the best. These are world-class agents who just happen to call North Texas — and our brokerage — home.

And I’m as lucky to work with them as our clients are.”

With all of these talented Realtors, you have to wonder what’s next for Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s. Surely, it will be a spectacular story you can read right here on CandysDirt.com.
