Pursuit Realty Group: Jennie Doumany, Debbie Petty, and Chris Miller

It just made sense. When Williams Trew Realtors Jennie Doumany, Debbie Petty, and Chris Miller realized how much they had in common, it made perfect sense to become a real estate team.

“It probably took us longer to come up with a name than it did for us to decide to become a team,” said Doumany. “We had always bounced ideas off one another so one day the light bulbs went off in our heads and we started discussing becoming a team.

Pursuit Realty Group

The name the trio finally settled on was Pursuit Realty Group.

“We are equal partners in this team,” said Miller. “We didn’t want anyone’s name to be featured or for our clients to get confused, so we settled on Pursuit Realty Group (PSG) and are thrilled with the response.”

All three agents have been active with Williams Trew Real Estate for the past three to five years. Combined, they closed nearly $30 million in business across 10 ZIP codes in 2020, and are excited to pool together both intellectual and financial resources to continue to serve their clients.

“Marketing is very expensive for individual real estate agents these days,” explained Petty. “There are so many avenues to be featured as an agent that it can be overwhelming and very cost-prohibitive. As a team of three agents, we can make our marketing dollars have a greater impact which will help us reach more prospects.”

The Real Estate Team

A real estate team within a brokerage isn’t a new concept. In the mid-2000s, it wasn’t uncommon to see agents with a team focus on specific areas within a real estate transaction. Some would only focus on listings while others on buyers.

With Pursuit Realty Group, the agents will handle all aspects of the real estate transaction, but will also be available to assist one another when needed.

“I just took the first true vacation I’ve had in the last five years,” said Petty. “I didn’t worry about inspections or contractors or option periods or anything related to real estate because I knew my teammates were on top of all my transactions. It was so relieving.”

When one agent sells a home, all agents within the team benefit. That mindset is not only helpful within Pursuit Realty Group, but to their buyers and sellers.

“We are invested in the success of one another as well as the success of PRG,” said Miller. “There will be some month when one member sells more or has more listings but in the end, we are all working toward one goal … to help our clients to the best of our abilities and provide them impeccable service and support.”
