Manorly Home Concierge Management

Having a concierge used to be limited to only those lucky residents of luxury high-rise condos. I’m happy to report you can stay on the ground and still take advantage of a home concierge service because Manorly Concierge Home Management has come to our rescue.

The concierge concept is not new to Dallas, but it’s evolved enormously. Gone are the days when it was simply someone to fetch your dog from the groomer or treats for the school fair. Now they do all the things you dread, like waiting on AT&T, planning events, researching your next vacation, and even building a chicken coop!

In 2012, a youth minister in the Park Cities was doing a bible study for some high school kids. The mother of one of the kids was complaining about waiting on a plumber for four hours. He asked to look at the problem, fixed it, and a concierge concept was born.

In 2018 the business was purchased and rebranded as Manorly. “People don’t have time to wait on or manage home services,” Executive Director Cason Wright said. Wright is one of a group of owners who, at their core, are a concierge management company dedicated to employee development and community outreach.

“There was a need in the market for home management,” Wright said.  Some clients don’t want or need full-time help, so that’s the role we fill. Manorly is a proactive one-stop-shop for your household and we always say yes!”

Among the things Manorly has said yes to:

  • “We’ve delivered a Hastens horsehair mattress from Dallas to a client’s second home in Midland.”
  • “We took a client’s Suburban to a Colorado home to replace an identical Suburban.”
  • “We set up a pre-paid phone as a hot spot for a client whose house had no Internet so she could see a wedding.”
  • “We built a chicken coop as a Christmas gift for a client’s children.”
  • “We once found a turtle that had gone missing.”

Manorly has a wide range of personal and home services, including cleaning, landscaping, scheduled maintenance services, and setting up all your household technology, including audio/video, home automation, routers, security systems, and WiFi-enabled devices. They’ll stock your wine cellar, see that your garage lift is repaired, bring in professional organizers to declutter, and help coordinate your next move with packing and moving. They will supervise your pool construction with qualified subcontractors, oversee various household installations, and bring in professional design services. No job is too large, and no job is too small for Manorly.

They presently have four full-time concierges and an extensive network of licensed and insured subcontractors to complete tasks around each homeowner’s schedule. Services can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or yearly, and monthly membership ranges from $99 to $410.

Whether you are new to Dallas or have grown up here, Manorly home concierge service is an ultimate gift to yourself and your family because not only does it gives you back precious time, who among us can figure out how to build a chicken coop?
