This West Plano Home Is So Well Designed You’ll Reconsider The Suburbs

Just because we occasionally like to venture outside of Dallas to prove there are great properties everywhere, today’s feature in West Plano. Not far west Plano, but West Plano nonetheless.

It’s super centrally located with access to George Bush, Dallas North Tollway and good ol’ Central Expressway all within a reasonable drive. Even more reasonable back when there was no traffic. Sigh.

The owners have a history of buying houses and moving in for the short term or not moving in at all and updating the heck out of them. Which again, is very apparent here.

The soaring-est ceilings in the main living are a house feature and one we can’t entirely give the current owners credit for, but dang, what an entrance. 

Granite countertops in the kitchen are so attractive you’d totally swipe right. Light cabinets, light walls and hello, to those gorgeous floors that are carried throughout most of the downstairs. 

Fresh carpet makes it warm and cozy in the bedrooms and in the primary bathroom, the decorative tile, frameless shower and super soaker tub are so fabulous. Love the dark hexagonal shower floor, too. 

The second bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill with two sinks and subway tile laid in a clever pattern. 

There’s a lot to love about this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom, two-story house that comes in at 2,228 square feet.
