Dallas Open Houses Are Back, But Use Caution

Share News:

Dallas open houses are back! In fact, there are over 170 homes with open houses on Realtor.com alone. But you’ll want to venture out with a few key things in mind.

One, wear your masks! Two, be sure to wash your hands or use sanitizer. And three, if you can, stagger your home tour so you are not packed into the house with dozens of other buyers.

The best part? You will be out of your current home and shopping for a new one. Yippee! Here are our top three Open Houses of the Week for every type of buyer. Happy shopping!

Complete with five-bedrooms and four-full-and-three-half-bathrooms, there’s ample space to live and entertain. And living here means having the best of both worlds with a country feel yet close to the city.

Bonus, there is a private park across the street! Other highlights include a Wolf-SubZero kitchen, sophisticated game room, and spa bath with matchbook marble-clad shower.

The sparkling pool is elegant and refined. Plus, you’ll enjoy the electric gate to your own private motor court with four-car-garage and Tesla plug.

For just over a million dollars in Greenway Park, you could live large in this magnificent modern. And we think it is one best of Dallas Open Houses out there right now!

It’s newly built by Hunt Classic Designs with 11-foot ceilings, smooth walls, and four-inch white oak floors. There are four-bedrooms and three-full-and-one-half-bathrooms.

Plus, the gourmet kitchen is a show-stopper! It affords quartz counters and Fisher Paykel appliances with full-service wet bar nearby. A towering stone fireplace and glass sliders out to the grassy back lawn define the main living area. There’s also a huge master, game room, and more. Don’t miss this one!

Bryan Crawford with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has listed 7527 Kaywood Drive for $1.199 million.

The Budget Buy

Last in our line-up of Dallas open houses, is this fab budget buy in Lakeland Hills. The three-bedroom, two-full-and-one-half-bathroom home is light and bright with plenty of room to spread out.

Gorgeous wood floors meet a sleek new kitchen with all the upgrades. The spacious living has French doors to an inviting back deck, creating an easy flow inside and out. Per the listing, there is tons of closet space in all bedrooms. A huge plus!

This includes the master which offers his and hers closets and an en-suite bath. So much to love in such a nicely priced package.

Nancy Wilson with Coldwell Banker Realty has listed 8031 Woodhue Road for $410,000.
